Conon Cap

Conon cap also called a flat cap; a round cap with a small hard brim on the front. This kind of hat has many different names, for example, in Scotland it is often called a "bunnet", in Wales it is called a "Dai cap", and in England and New Zealand it is called a "cheese-cutter".
